The aim of the human life is to achieve self-realization i.e. the stage of enlightenment. One achieves to enlighten himself/herself only with the disappearance of ignorance, the darkness. And to thwart out this ignorance from this area, the Balaji Welfare and Educational Society came into existence in 2003. Balaji College of Education was established in 2007 The college was affiliated to M.D. University, Rohtak till 2016. Now it is affiliated to Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind.

Balaji Welfare and Educational Society is working with the idea “Service to human being is service to God”. The best service of humanity is to make them realized about their innate capabilities and potentials. This aim can be achieved through a quality education and now our endeavor is to create such educators who can impart quality education.
At Balaji College of Education our endeavour is to set learning challenges in a caring and orderly environment where pupil-teachers are provided opportunities for social, emotional, cultural, mental and physical development. BCE offers a broad teacher education where academic excellence is complemented by cultural, sporting and social development. We strive to develop each pupil-teacher’s potentials, recognize his or her dignity and encourage positive self-esteem in order to promote responsibility and creativity.

Today’s era is passing through the metamorphic phenomenal revolution in the field of academics. I believe that education brings drastic transformation in each individual human being, society and directs the whole nation into a right course, the cause of development of humanity.
I believe that parents send their wards with high expectations. They wish them to excel in studies and other extra-curricular activities to unfold and enhance their inner potentials and develop own conviction to face challenges of today’s world. So education in real sense is the process of unfolding and nurturing the talents and channeling the potentiality hidden in every child.
Now there are the teachers who are the real philosophers, guide and the friend of the students. They show a path which leads to success and at BCE our efforts are to create such educators. Let us join hands to achieve the aim. Success is with those who work for it, as Thoreau says:
